7 - N.O.M.A.D. (Official Remake)
N.O.M.A.D. was a great little game from 1985 by Ocean software, this is the official remake of the game.
I was a little late finding N.O.M.A.D. as I didn't play it until 1988, but when I did play it, I enjoyed it thoroughly. It was a game which really pushed the limits of the machines at the time of release and is still a fun romp to this day.
It is a multi screen shooter with a few puzzle elements in it.
This has all the screens recreated and some bonus tough screens for if you complete the original game.
I really enjoyed re-making this, it was a labour of love.
The graphics and sound are based on the original ZX Spectrum version (sorry other 8-bit formats).
There is a small charge for this game, however there are NO ADS and no in-game purchases.
